ActForge Workout ("we", "our", or "the App") values your privacy and is committed to keeping your personal information safe. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your data when you use our app.

Information such as age, height, weight, and workout metrics is used exclusively to personalize your fitness recommendations within the app. This information is not shared externally or used for medical diagnostics.

We retain your personal data only as long as your account remains active. Upon deletion, all stored data is permanently removed from our servers.

If you choose to sign in using Apple or Google, we only receive limited profile information such as your name and email address (or an anonymized email if you use Apple’s “Hide My Email” feature). This information is used solely for authentication and to create your account in the app. We do not access or store any other data from your Apple or Google account.
When you request deletion, we permanently remove your data from active databases immediately. Any residual copies stored temporarily by Firebase’s internal systems are automatically purged according to Google’s data retention policies.

This action permanently deletes your account, workout history, profile information, and all associated data from our servers. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.
If you cannot open the app or no longer have access to your device, you may request account deletion manually by contacting us:

Please include the email address associated with your ActForge account and whether you signed in using Google, Apple, or Email/Password. We will verify your request and delete the account manually.
No data is retained except anonymized security logs which may be kept for up to 30 days.
